1) Communicating with the public --

I effortlessly communicate with people of all demographics without fear & apprehension. I've learned that if you shoot straight, wear your heart on your sleeve, and genuinely empathize with others, mutual trust is forged.  Clients buy from people they trust.

2) Building relationships -- 

Active listening is the key to cultivating strong relationships. Be it with my coworkers or my clients, I take time to listen. This attention to detail makes me more than just an order taker, but a trusted resource.

I believe that each person matters. Be it prospects, clients or co-workers, genuinely caring about people is what makes organizations successful.

4) Operating technology --

I am a Pro Tools engineer and audio specialist by trade.  I have a firm foundational knowledge of signal flow and computer operation.  From simple email correspondence to building my own Hackintosh for fun, I simply understand machines.

I'm part of an excellent inside sales team that educates clients about top-performing financial products.  I make the initial call to prospects and lead them through a high-touch consultative process, until we find out if precious metals are a good fit for their portfolio.  I make suggestions of different assets based on their goals and objectives.  I help clients through their transactions and any customer service issues.
