Played a major part in developing eDriving's most successful product, Mentor: the only closed-loop smartphone telematics solution that measures the driver's behavior to improve performance. • Managed video production team locally and internationally. Planned, scheduled, and directed video teams in Europe and the United Kingdom creating over 70 videos for eDriving's international market for Mentor. • Hired and trained videographers and editors locally and internationally, creating a successful team that produced quality products which met company standards and were delivered on time. • Successfully shot and edited hundreds of 3-5 minute videos under extremely tight deadlines. Collaborated with the writing team and animators in India, along with our local video production team, delivering videos on time and exceeding the company's expectations. • Strong ability to flesh out the writers ideas from script to screen.

Union Tribune started a news station and I was on the ground floor developing the studio format. I started out as a Floor Manager and Video Editor, and was quickly promoted to Assistant Director. Within another year I was promoted again to Video/Photojournalist and created video packages for live TV as well as worked as a photojournalist for the newspaper covering various topics. • Sports Journalist covering Padres games. Interviewed players and coach. Created video highlights after each Padres game. • Audio Operator. Mixed audio with multiple microphones, lavalieres, and music for live television. • Set up and filmed on location for major mayoral debates.
