Was in charge of waiting staff at T's Fish Tales in Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri. Worked to improve individual and overall performance and morale. Provided exceptional, friendly, and fast customer service and worked to accommodate the wants and needs of each and every customer. Strived to make sure all sections of the restaurant ran smoothly and efficiently at all times.

As part of the sales team, I had the responsibilities of sending/receiving purchase orders, handling the cash register, opening/closing the store, taking inventory, among others. Built relationships with the customers to improve their experience and boost sales. Attended many workshops to learn more about outdoor apparel- like what certain products are made of and how they work in the customer's desired setting. Would develop marketing techniques and organize the store to attract the eye of the customer.

Welcomed new students and parents into the University of Arkansas through summer orientation sessions. Provided information and answered questions over housing, courses, and student resources. Assisted with academic advising, financial affairs, and course scheduling.
