Each Member is offered the highest level of service and transparency. Information is presented in a consultative manner so they can make the best decision for their purchase and have a truly special experience.
Responsibilities include that of a Dealership Sale Representative, Desk Manager, and Finance & Insurance Manager. The duties of the sales process are as follows:
• Locating the vehicle within the AutoNation internal search engine, Manufacturers OEM Locator, or through Partner Dealerships
• Organizing vehicle transportation for delivery, Dealer Trades, Special Orders
• Presentation of pricing, financing options, incentives/rebates, lease terms, and Trade-In Values
• Presentation of optional goods and service for the protection and ownership enhancement of the vehicle, contract structuring
• Uploading information into ADP, printing all applicable documents, signing paperwork and finalize funding
Credit Union Partnership: My location for the past 2 years has been inside a Schools First Federal Credit Union as their Auto Buying specialist. I was available onsite to assist Members with all of their auto buying needs. I worked hand in hand with Member Service Representatives to understand each Member’s purchasing power based on their lending approval, as well as custom tailoring the vehicle selection and finance options to their needs.
