• Provide weekly updates of the current quarter forecast vs revenue attainment to the executive teams.
• Weekly maintenance of the revenue forecasts which allows the supply chain to react to demand shifts and ability to achieve Forecast Accuracy >75% with Bias goal within +-7.5%
• Manage and expedite customer upsides and short lead-times orders while improve Marvell Customer Delivery Performance with CRD (Customer Request Date) > 65% and OSD (original Schedule Date) > 95%
• Drive consensus Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and 3-years strategic plan which captures the collaboration between the BU forecast and the Sales forecast by design win, by region, by market and by product line utilizing sales force CRM
• Review quarterly Excess and Obsolete (E&O) material to be reserved where 12 months inventory is higher than 12 months forecast
• Key member of teams which implemented systems for pricing control/approval (Model N), demand planning (JDA DM), material planning (JDA SCM), Oracle business analysis (BI), and visualization tool (Tableau) process improvements that achieved high efficiency in day-to-day Business Unit performance
• Manage buffer strategy and inventory level; direct all raw material inventory starts to ensure supply met quarterly revenue goals and to meet the contractual buffer level agreements with our customers (Direct, Contract Manufacturers) while maintaining the target DOI (Days of Inventory)
• Drive 3PL (third party Logistic) inventory reduction from 8-12 weeks to 4 weeks inventory
