Provision of assistance in the evaluation of applications for the issuance of clearance for customs release, licence to operate an x-ray facility, and radio frequency (RFR) safety evaluation report. 2. Assistance in the conduct of Radiation Protection Survey and Evaluation of different medical and non-medical x-ray facilities. 3. Performance of other related worsk to be assigned by RRD Division Chief. Accomplishments For almost 600 hours of stayed in that office I can say that everyday is a training day and everyday is a learning process. I learned a lot in the field of medical physics. Responsibilities My responsibilities assigned to me during my stay in Jollibee are cashier where the customer pay their bill and sometimes assigned to be a Soda person where the responsibilities is to prepared and back up beverages and dessert. Sometimes I do paper works. Accomplishments As the accomplishment during my stay in Jollibee, I contribute more to increase their sales in terms of suggestive selling and help the store to be one of the awardee in FSC as one of the highest award in Jollibee.
