• Working in a variety of departments including Technical Design, Product Development, and Sculpting Associate
• Work with Product Manager to assist in production development for new products, and create grading for new products
• Assist live fittings, take notes, and correct flat patterns
• Attend meetings with Designer, and Product Manager to assess products
• Use Adobe Illustrator to create Technical Sketches from samples
• Measure samples to create Technical Specs, and Modify tech packs in excel
• Modify flat patterns, assist with sewing and creating samples for the factories
• Train new employees as sculpting associates to fabricate products accordingly and properly package product to send out for delivery
• Supervise employees to make sure the product is efficiently and accurately being sculpted to ensure customer orders are fulfilled

• Inspect multiple preproduction samples and comment on corrections using excel
• Used Excel to compare measurements and assess samples accordingly
• Used Organization skills to stow away old inventory
• Started training as a Technical Designer
