• Research and identify the business layout and plan for 2 new sales programs inside of Buyers Access
• Prospect and generate qualified leads within target market to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to track and maintain leads
• Plan, direct and oversee the marketing and business development initiatives within Buyers Access
• Manage event coordination prior to and day of tradeshows that Buyers Access attends throughout the year
• Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with Buyers Access. Work with team to develop approaches that speak to the client's needs, concerns and objectives
• Create new brand awareness, through marketing, sales materials, and sales replication
• Implement marketing/sales plan to increase inbound leads to support initiative of increasing new business by over 20%
• Develop rapport and build relationships with potential clients using a variety of outreach methods (cold call, phone calls, emails, personal visits, entertainment/meals, etc.)

•	Researched and identified potential clients and the decision makers within the client organization
•	Participated in relevant conferences, association meetings, industry functions, networking/leads exchange events to generate leads and establish awareness of PEI’s presence 
•	Identified opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that lead to an increase in sales
•	Grew and retained existing accounts by nurturing relationships and presenting new solutions and services to clients
•	Reviewed and analyzed resumes to identify new talent for new roles throughout PEI 
•	Developed a thorough understanding of PEI’s staff, solutions/services, competitors and how PEI could compete effectively in the MEP sector
•	As of November 1st, 2018, the new business development plan lead to 1.64 million dollars in project fees
•	In 2017, directly contributed to bring in new business revenue of approximately 600,000 dollars
•	Due to the new business development efforts, the business doubled in size in the last two years, expanding from 13 people in June of 2016 to 28 people in November of 2018
•	 Identified potential prospects, reviewed resumes, and interviewed all new hire candidates, which lead to 13 talented employees. All are currently still with Proficient Engineering
