specialty decorating and finishing capabilities, and secondary packaging.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Evaluate feasibility of package substrates, decoration and assembly.
-Pair package with supplier based on capacity, capability and equipment.
-Support for supplier questionnaire, cost and sample submission and audit
(certification)
-Overview mold validation process and customer report submission (pass/fail).

All inclusive executive managment of total operations:
-Supervised and hands on for set and production of 66 injection molding
machines, 20 assembly lines which include hot stamping, silk screening and assembly of cosmetic compacts
-Provided and ensured excellent service for customers such as Estee Lauder,
Bobby Brown, L'Oreal, La Mer, etc. to their quality standards, satisfaction and approval.
-Supervise two (2) fully automated spray and metallization lines to maxiumum
efficiency.
-Supervised and coordinated daily 1,300 plus employees within a 24 hour/6
day work week. Responsibilities include strict managment of production, QC, and shipping departments.
Special Note:
Monthly Dispatch $1.8 - $2 million

VICE PRESIDENT OF MANUFACTURING HCT KENT

Managed plant operations:
-Supervised manufacturing, warehouse and quality control. Responsibilties
including tooling construction, validation and production start up.
-Supervised 15 plus employees inlcuding daily coordination of staff assignment
and movements.
-Dispatch to ensure outgoing quality standards and customer satisfaction/
approval.
-Support confectionery formulation and filling services

PLANT MANAGER

Managed plant operations:
-Supervise and hands on for all manufacturing, warehousing, quality control
and tooling including construction, validation and production.
-Supervised 120 plus employees
-Supervised set up and production for 25 injection molding machines. Including
ramping up to full automation for 40 to 600 ton machines.

Managed plant operations:
-Supervise and hands on molding to secondary operations. Responsibilities
included pad printing, hot stamping and silk screening.
-Supervise all new mold construction, validation and production including pre-
existing molds.
-Co-managed tool room on revisions required to improved efficiency and quality acceptable to quality standards and customer satisfaction/approval.
Special Note:
Oversaw all manufacturing of custom boxes with respect to ASI specialty
products including mugs, Frisbees, megaphone and ice scrapers. Containment
inside 440,000 square foot facility with 350 employees, 25 injection molding
machines with auxiliary equipment including servo robots and pickers.
