Michael Gierka: in Centennial, CO

As the Marketing & Creative Director for one of the pinnacle FMOs in North America I have the pleasure of designing and developing the company branding and the collateral for their pinnacle producers as well as advisor and CPA facing training programs and internal branding and advertising that represents our companies to the outside world. As parent company to subsidiary companies Americas Tax Solutions, and CPA Advantage Edge, Table Bay Financial is THE FMO that sets the stranded for all others to follow.

As the Senior Graphic Designer for HOIST Fitness, Busybody Home Fitness and LeMond I created artwork across a wide assortment of marketing collateral ranging from company branding and digital media such as eBlasts, mobile and standard web design, app development and video production to various print media such as brochures, advertisements, apparel design and signage in addition to many other duties. Part of those duties included coordinated assets and personnel to ensure projects met deadlines and all of the branding guidelines that were established by me.

As a graphic designer with REAL Marketing I created postcards, fliers and brochures intended for direct mailing that were designed to target and attain business for industry leading real estate agents and their clientele.

Designer large format banners, signs, eBlasts and custom inflatables for a wide assortment of clients such as AT&T, Popeye's Chicken and Dish Network as well as many others.

As the Designer for the print and design shop PrintCo I worked directly with clients to develop and design several forms of print collateral such as business cards, letterhead, advertisements, menus and other assorted items as needed as well as branding, logo and identity design for a wide range of clientele. As shop manager I directed assets, set work schedules and interviewed potential employees in addition to day to day duties.

While with MARCOA Publishing I created ads from concept to completion using available collateral or from layouts provided by clients. These were then published in multiple publications using various programs and techniques. In addition I produced scans and touch-ups of photos and images of varying sizes and resolutions depending on the needs of the project. Worked in a fast paced deadline driven environment where accuracy is a must at all levels of production.
