Responsible for monitoring all operational activities of the Supply Chain Launch Readiness team, specifically for the company’s first Alzheimer’s treatment, Aduhelm (aducanumab). Facilitates cross-functional alignment and team efficiency by guiding weekly work sessions with department leaders in Quality, Internal & External Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Artwork, and Asset Leaders to monitor progress of launch deliverables against project timelines. • Led the planning and execution of “mock launch” exercises for various departments to test robustness of systems and processes, which ultimately led to a smooth commercial launch of the product. • Delivered biweekly communication of project status to senior leadership, primarily using a custom Smartsheet dashboard • Spearheaded creation of a tracking tool to monitor the status of aducanumab at each phase of production, improving the launch team’s visibility to when product would be available for actions such as QC release, movement between internal warehouses & manufacturing sites, delivery to external CMOs, and final delivery to our 3PL partners. • Mapped all aducanumab-related supply chain & manufacturing projects to provide workstream leads with visibility to guide decision-making on project prioritization, resource requirements, capital investments, and material & capacity availability. Post launch of Aduhelm in July 2021, have transferred to Biogen's Biosimilars team, helping to manage due diligence projects that evaluate new products and external partnerships, with the ultimate purpose of recommending the pursuit or rejection of those new opportunities to leadership.
