As Operations Manager my responsibilities include creating a schedule for all employees, managing all sales that are received online or via one of our reservation agents, as well as managing our social media and marketing campaigns. In my 2 years managing our sales doubled, so effectively managing our understaffed team to get the most out of each employee to support that growth was the biggest obstacle. In order to make that type of growth possible, each day I would plan to the minute and execute each facet of both in-shop rental and delivery operations to ensure the highest level of customer service and professionalism found in the ski rental industry.
