Provides design and brand leadership as a Board member, mentor, and teacher to drive the development of a product design program for one of the fastest growing nonprofit organizations in Technology.
• Redesigns the organization's entire web-based platform to facilitate rapid expansion across Europe, Asia, and North Africa, in addition to repositioning the brand and formulating a new design system.
• Leads a joint design apprentice program with Simple Steps to help Korean women cultivate America-based skills and grow portfolios to win new roles.

Worldwide Design Director

Built and directed a product design team in developing a modern platform for healthcare revenue cycle management while serving as a lead executive on the Marketing Board and leading governance within the committee.
• Systematized the research practice and devised a product strategy that monetized company research through push/pull access to a research portal.
• Restructured design efforts via a six-pod (Scrum) team, initiated a new process to define personas and archetypes for better journey maps, and reconfigured reporting through Jira/Aha! while integrating Kanbans within Microsoft Teams Channels.
• Facilitated the development of content strategy and a content framework master by hiring a Content Strategist, and developed vehicles to pursue a channel marketing strategy with measurable OKRs.

Design Director

Developed an experimental design team of visual/UX/CX strategists and data analysts to become Seattle's first Growth Design practice serving Cloud-based B2B organizations while optimizing the team's billable hours by 40%.
• Led analysis of Microsoft's Azure Free Trial funnel, comprising persona development, journey mapping, UX prototyping, competitive analysis, and prescriptive roadmap guidance. Redesigned Microsoft Azure using mobile-first methodologies.
• Conducted a Design Thinking workshop for Microsoft Surface and its top 20 retail partners in addition to facilitating a two-day Design Thinking workshop for Mercy Corp.

Director of Strategy and Design

Contracted to Evaluate Amazon's current sustainability certification system and redesigned a new Packaging Certification Portal to facilitate higher packaging standards for every Vendor & Seller within the Amazon network worldwide.
• Integrated AI, bots, and real-time dashboard experiences to bridge third-party testing labs with the internal Amazon CPEX packaging certification team.

Senior User Experience Architect III

Led the transition from a consultancy model to a studio model through a client partnership with T-Mobile while assisting in establishing six design studios in Seattle, Chicago, New York, Atlanta, Los Angeles, and Houston.
• Delivered technical expertise as an Experience Lead for engagements involving UX and visual approach management, client presentations, digital guideline governance, and multi-team delivery.
• Created a national studio digital delivery workflow, curated the corporate accessibility playbook and product offering, and developed approach templates for the North American advisory practices.
• Prepared a national program for the specialized Business Development team, devised a marketing approach for Better Banking practice, and designed product accelerators for the finance, healthcare, and utility environments.
• Developed a Go-to-market strategy for Microsoft Teams in 12 vertical markets, and led a transcontinental team to research, develop, and implement 98 ground-breaking demonstrations that changed their product trajectory.

Experience Director

Delivered Brand and UX leadership to enhance customer experience as the Lead Creative Executive on the T-Mobile Rebellion engagement, coordinating 100+ designers in three countries.
• Provided a creative gap analysis of the previous two agencies' work and built out a new approach for the project, engaged with the Steering Committee, developed a responsive design system and governance of Brand Guidelines (186 pages), and led the buildout of components of six Scrum teams.

Executive Creative Director

Directed the transformation of a creative strategy consultancy into an inbound marketing/design boutique specializing in worldwide channel marketing, portal UX, analytics UI, and formal brand extensions via .NET platforms.
• Developed and launched the co-brand SAP-MICROSOFT Unite Partner Connection while leading the launch of the new Microsoft Partner Network brand's partner-facing execution.
• Created and administered the program strategy, launch, and development of the Microsoft Sales Specialist brand, global e-learning program, community, and accreditation portal for the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Group.
• Launched the "Time to Thrive" webcast series, a global field and channel content strategy for Microsoft that taught cloud and skilling strategies through scenario-based features for multiple roles within the partner seller community in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

Creative Director/Managing Partner

Coordinated a multi-disciplinary team in creative and video production as well as website and channel marketing campaign development, servicing high-tech organizations under challenging market conditions.
• Strategized and executed the co-branding of Microsoft and Fujitsu and Microsoft and Wipro as well as the first Windows and Dell joint promotion.
• Formulated creative strategy for the Microsoft Store launch and rebranded the Seattle chapter of the Boys and Girls Club of America.

Creative Director

Supported the creation of an administrative function - including creative direction, systems development, media programming, and marketing management - for an organization marketing $16B+ in real estate and experiencing 300% growth.
• Guided the Marketing team assigned to launch Starwood Capital's new "1 Hotel" brand, directed the marketing of a $3B hotel and condominium master plan in Mexico, and negotiated and purchased $12M in media for 21 clients.
• Managed PR team strategy for the international launch of the largest master plan scheduled for LEED Certification in North America, and developed the first Seattle Condo Expo for the 'Seattle Times' and 'Post-Intelligencer.'
