* Manage product development and entire production process from initial concept through bulk production. * Create all tech packs in multiple accessory categories including handbags, small accessories, backpacks, luggage/travel gear, jewelry, paper products, socks, cold weather items, lunch tins, keycaps, etc. * Achieve target cost before sample is made by creating multiple cost options in each tech pack and working with design team on all necessary rounds of sampling. * Sourcing new fabrics and trims to ensure design team’s full vision. * Review 100+ samples weekly for factory comments and tech pack updates. * Organize and maintain sample closet which includes active samples, archive samples, fabric and trim library. * Ensure compliance of all licenser guidelines from concept to production. Licenses include Sanrio, Disney, Peanuts, Tootsie, Soda, etc. * Manage all aspects of production through daily communication with overseas factories to resolve any sample/production issues and to ensure timely and correct delivery. * Plan and coordinate all new development for each seasonal line.
