Manage and oversee Forever 21 account from Development, Production and Shipping of all goods Direct contact with Buyer with Development Production and Shipping process Source and Purchase all Materials in collaboration with design and development Support costing process with development team to assure accurate pricing Manage Piece goods Lab Dips and general flow if production process Assure all Purchases of Fabric and Trim cross reference to approved materials Order all Specialty Price tickets and Labeling Enter BOM and set up Material codes for all product Maintain Time and action with Guatemala Mexico, UK and USA Domestic production Release cutting tickets and direct cutting Service Oversee Fit process for approval Prepare all requested documents to assure TOP process is completed and follow up on approval Assign contracts to Contractors Assure all production meets deadline dates to assure IHD

Manage production negotiate critical dates for time and action and approval process for each style Maintain weekly WIP reports from factories/vendors and monitor if production process on each order is in time and action. Review and discuss urgent issues in production with the manager immediately Collaboratively work with various departments to obtain necessary information related to production and provide to overseas factories/vendors such as tech pack, pattern, wash target, trim sheets, etc Ensure any changes/requirements are updated in POs for factory/vendor to adhere to Resolve and coordinate production issues by communicating with design, Sales, and Tech when needed Update Pre-Shipping Documents weekly upon receipt from factories/vendor Communicate daily (verbal/written) with factories/vendors to ensure on-time deliveries of finished goods into the warehouse Worked with overseas freight forwarders to approve shipments

Purchase Trim (Jr, Missy, Plus Division) as well as final Trim Approvals for Production Negotiate all trim cost prior to production buy and purchase on approved forecast Perform fabric inspection for incoming fabric and conduct shrinkage test in a timely fashion Coordinate Fabric and Trim Samples for Design and Pre-production department. Place price ticket orders for special accounts (Walmart Target Kmart and Boutiques). Review weekly PSR ({Production Status Report) with merchandising and Account Manager to ensure production is on schedule and flag any variances for immediate attention. Execute all approval processes of T&A, issue PO’s all vendors, assure on time delivery, maintain WIP & Inventory Control.
