The products ranged from restaurants, consumer goods (food), telecommunications, luxury, hardware and construction. • Worked cross functionally with strategy, shopper/trade marketing and digital to create cohesive campaigns for our clients. • Within a year, the team won five major local awards. The work was featured in several publications as case studies for creative and effective advertising. • The team also achieved the highest rating in Leo Burnett’s internal Group Product Committee (GPC) among all creative teams in the first quarter of 2014.

• Aspac Advertising is a local agency that had a lot of talent but was facing internal structural and process challenges. • Teamed with the Executive Creative Director, Head of Accounts and Director of Strategy and Business Development to create a new strategic briefing document and process. This brought about clearer, more integrated and inspiring creative briefs. • Digital and Traditional marketing teams worked as independent teams and had their own set of clients. I led the integration of Digital and Above the Line (ATL) teams internally. Had a two-part leadership role, heading both creative teams. This allowed us to offer more services to a wider range of clients and became a breeding ground for knowledge sharing. • Signed lucrative contracts with three high-value clients in the Professional Services (insurance), Luxury and Beauty Industries. • Led the Creative Team in developing a campaign that helped a 100 year old Insurance Company to achieve their best sales year in history; total premiums were up by 24% at $207M in 2012. • Selected by Senior Management to receive the Creative of the Year Award in 2013
