• Analyze Wells Fargo customer's home mortgage information for purchases and refinances. • Use internal CORE software to validate whether or not a valid change is present. • Asses the proper allocation of fees related to each specific valid change • Meet daily productivity and quality standards.

• Perform mortgage service audits for Conventional, FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mack, and Ginne Mae mortgage investors. • Knowledge of the mortgage service requirements on the following processes; New Loan Setup, Payment Processing, Escrow Administration, MIP Billings, Paid In Full, ARM Adjustments, Reverse Mortgage, Customer Service, Collections/Default, Bankruptcy, Annual Disclosures, Loss Mitigation, Service Transfer, Foreclosure, Claims, Property Management. • Analyze mortgage service documents from a wide variety of mortgage investors.

• Review debt and income analysis for existing TCF customers that are experiencing a financial hardship • Determine if customer qualifies for modifications or defensive refinance to their home mortgage or home equity lines of credit • Refinance matured home equity lines of credit & ballooned accounts. • Complete the deed in lieu of foreclosure process from initiation to closing. • Provide excellent customer service
