Previously Account Manager, HR Lead, Accounting Lead, and Business Development, and Marketing Manager. Oversight of all IS system; including payroll & HR, AP/AR, accounting & financial reporting etc.; corporate relationship development and management (attorney, CPA, insurance, government organizations, wholesalers, etc.); and IT & accounting systems maintenance. Served as head of Business Development & Marketing, tasked with a corporate restructure due to expanding operations. Part of the K&KW Group, Inc. family of companies, as of September 2014; primarily focused on web systems administration & management for small businesses - including; migrations, cloud systems, marketing & organization ESPs, marketing system integrations, domain and hosting systems, etc.

Worked as part of the Applications Infrastructure team, with responsibility for running & supporting all web related systems, including hosting & domains, the corporate Intranet and Magento powered eCommerce site; managed the corporate website migration & relaunch from a physical server to a multi-server VMware environment; primary contact with all external web-related technology providers and practical knowledge using Windows Server and IIS; UA testing lead for new website, cloud hosted infrastructure; Web Lead for the Blood Swept Lands and Seas of Red art installation at the Tower of London, successfully selling nearly 1 million ceramic remembrance poppies in just over 90 days; primary Web Manager supporting all corporate web sites (avg. monthly visitors ~100k), internal Intranet (housed in a Joomla! CMS, ~950 internal users), and an eCommerce site (with annual revenue ~£500k).

Managed the development, release, and ongoing maintenance of all IT & web-connected systems, BAU services, and projects to support the company's eCommerce business strategy (including, Google Apps, Magento xCommerce system, PayPal payment gateway, CRM & project management systems, AWS, social marketing systems, etc.); improved business processes by collaborating with B2B & B2C clients, colleagues, and other internal functional teams as well as managing the B2C & B2B customer service team, providing tier 2nd and 3rd tier escalated support, and acting as Lead / liaising with all web project stakeholders; responsible for overseeing and executing eMarketing initiatives with the Director of Marketing, including social media, banner & text PPC, SEO, affiliate program, & email PPC; initiate & maintain relationships with and manage 60+ author/agent, publishing house, marketing agency, web developer, industry partner, graphic designer, and other technical firm accounts; Project manager & Lead for the launch of the eChristian Digital Commerce & Delivery Platform which included an ONIX interface import/parsing system and powered 250+ whitelabel, web stores for independent brick-and-mortar booksellers in four countries.
