• Responsible for coordinating catering, room rentals, and group activities for large groups up to 200+ guests • Build invoices and collect payment for all Group Sales products, including Bulk Ticket, Bulk Ticket Season Pass accounts, Base Area Buyouts, and Day Group Sales accounts • Accurately track revenue from group visits to ensure sales reach season goals • Compose and distribute emails to a database of past and present Group Sales clients that contain important information regarding group sales products, mountain events, and activities. • Solicits sales via phone and email, trade show, on-site presentations, member associations, and networking • Compose and contribute to weekly Group Sales Department reports on current sales and activities regarding Group Sales • Maintain open and clear communication with other departments at The Summit at Snoqualmie to accommodate group visits and select marketing events • Responsible for weekly intermountain communication regarding upcoming Group Sales and Marketing Events • Maintain extensive knowledge of mountain operations to accurately answer any guest questions • Assist in planning, coordinating, and hosting large events and discounted specials for the general public • Collect data by administering voluntary surveys from guests
