Handle such complaints and resolve them using exceptional customer service to preserve customer satisfaction, vendor relationships, and company reputation. • Effectively manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines. • Proactively identify shipments at risk of service failure and take control of shipments to ensure on time delivery. • Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with service providers. • Work flexible hours and various shifts. • Research all possible routings via airlines, line-haul, pick-up/delivery, scheduling, and geographic servicing. Utilize the most efficient and cost effective routes. • Document all shipments with detailed trace notes and accurate data entry. Complete additional shipping documents as required. Thoroughly document all information for every shipment including special customer requests, documentation of agent specials, the assignment of special authorization numbers, ship tracing information and OS&D information. • Maintain with accuracy, appropriate TSA and DOT documents including documents for the movement of Dangerous Goods. • Maintain on-time service integrity with a goal of 100% on time. Continually monitor and update shipments as defined by EFW Forwarding Services management policies. • Be available for 24-hour on call rotation when requested by management. • Communicate promptly and effectively any issues that place shipments in jeopardy with internal customers, external customers and service providers. Escalate issues to management when appropriate. • Per company policy, ensure 100% compliance with all TSA regulations regarding the Indirect Air Carrier Standard Security Program and Shippers Security Endorsements. • Utilize current and developing Internet tracking applications to effectively update, communicate and monitor shipment status. • Comply with company C-TPAT and TSA security procedures.

Assisting and supporting the needs of the compliance and the ESG team as well as other departments of Rock-it Cargo when needed • Maintained our vendor information for Truckers, IAC's, Brokers, Etc. for all divisions to ensure compliance with company, state, and TSA regulations. • Daily interface with our carriers and vendors to obtain TSA training / Security Credentials/ DOT / MC numbers when they are missing, expired, or revoked to prevent any penalties, which resulted in 0 fines during my tenure. • Was lead compliance analyst for our fine art logistics division (DIETL International) - Ensured attention to detail when entering TSA training information into different spreadsheets, our internal database (Cargo Science), and to the Indirect Air Careers Management System (IACMS) to prevent fines, but it also streamlined the transparency for global sales and operation employees to be able to access up to date information on our agents/vendors/ carriers across the globe. • On-boarded new customers in our internal database, which included obtaining executed Terms of Conditions, Power of Attorney, Insurance procurement on shipments and obtaining the proper Credit Card/ wire transfer information to send to our accounting department. • On-boarded new vendors/ brokers in our internal database, which included obtaining executed Carrier Service Agreements, Packing Agreements, meeting our minimum insurance requirements, having TSA Training for screened and unscreened air cargo deliveries to airports etc. • Assisted management in a large scale projects: researching and developing presentations and a written proposal on an ESG initiative. (Environmental, Social, & Governance) • Helped develop Rock-it Cargo's carbon offset program which includes a carbon offset calculator via the Rock-it Cargo website for our Sales Department and Customers to be able to eliminate their carbon footprint from day to day operations • Redlined Air Charter contracts with the VP of Safety and general counsel. • Led the company wide fundraiser and volunteer efforts to raise money for Covenant House California. (Was able to raise 5k for homeless and human trafficking teens in Southern California and participated in the annual virtual sleepout) - Created SOPs for new COVID-19 protocols and safety when employees returned to work.
