Controlled all stages of the design process including innovation, development and actualization, leveraging knowledge of target market and competitor research to boost customer subscriptions by 10% and increase creative CTR by 3x
• Strategized and scheduled omnichannel marketing campaigns, leading conceptual brainstorms and presenting organized concepts to cross-functional teams and upper level executives
