Paul Drabinski: in Madison, CT

As the Mechanical Intern in Jacobs' Global Buildings division I assisted the Mechanical Department in the coordination of projects from conception through final submittals. I utilized engineering software to perform tasks related to HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Suppression systems. My summer project was to organize and catalog an equipment detail library for the department.

The Activities Department oversees all aspects of the beach and pool areas. My responsibility was to supervise the Activities staff and ensure that all guests had an enjoyable vacation. I also coordinated with other department managers to either implement new policies or to plan events.

My duties for the summer as an associate included renting out canoes, supervising games for children, monitoring the pool, and assisting guests any way I could.
