- update information about the progress and quantity from the plan office. - Work with team members to devise appropriate solutions. - Suggest for improvement projects based on the reality side by the factory as well as factory equipment to a complete layout. - Superior opinion about projects will handle. - Coordinate with TPM to arrange the layout for matching line of code. -Support production of machinery as well as tools, jig for high productivity and quality. - Ensure the improvement projects are well implemented in plant areas. - Listen carefully customer comments about the layout, layout man then offer options to meet their requirements - Written out the work plane, also the month target, and then work with all team member to work specific for each Member. The last each month will evaluate again. - The report results and precise, timely issues for senior. - Suggestion for go to the exhibitions, also other companies to learn, enhance skills

If some issues can't solve, suggesting Taiwan side get approval for the cosmetic and quality for these issues. - Monitor and communicate progress and challenges throughout the product testing process to meet product integrity requirements.
