a) Planning with close co-ordination of the FRI with the ETD with the HK Logistic team ensuring the Right Vessel Planning for all timely delivery at the warehouse and final stores
b) Coordinating with the forwarders on the vessel for FCL and LCL cargos
Sourcing of right vendors
a) Analyzing through tools like profile review for the right vendor for the right category in India, Bangladesh and Srilanka.
b) Offering after thorough analysis these vendors to the Germany colleagues for them to final decide the source.
c) Traveling for product development and order monitoring frequent visits to the suppliers to ensure adherence to the T&A, sort out any technical issues.
d) Vender base developed:
India: Shahi Export, Mandhana, Goldenseam(bangalore),
Eastman, Maxwell, Armstrong, Renaissance (Tirupur).
Padma, Mondol, Libas, Saiham - Bangladesh

? Product development, sourcing and presentation after market research and trend analysis with the team. Proactively hunting and establishing communication with potential business partners- new factories/ buyers.
? Traveling and meeting with the buyer and coordinating their visit to various factories for Developments, Sampling, Costing and Deliveries
? Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationship
? Manage account services through proper system as TNAs, order monitoring, Delivery updates and Costing analysis with the team leaders reporting in.
? Materializing buyer's inquiries into orders by competitive pricing combined with value engineering of product if needed.

I travel to Spain, Amsterdam, USA, Hongkong to attend price meeting, presentations, business developments, seminars. The main area of work and interaction with the buyers is to tap more business areas from competitive countries.
B. Factories: Develop new factories by training and educating on day to day basis so the best can be offered to the buyers. Working with suppliers like Orient Crafts, Mira Exim, RR trends, Fashion Accessories, Gartex Insta, RBR Knit , RK industries, PS Apparels (Chennai), Shirt Company, Choudary Garments, Erik apparels, Arvind, Rubinshah, etc
Responsibilities involve:
? Monitoring sampling commitments, delivery performances & achieving the right costs.
? Monitoring Placement of orders, Production and sales shipment follow ups
? Ensuring right quality merchandise by controlling the preproduction activities
C. Internal Co-ordination with the Team and Peers
? Monitoring the day to day correspondence of the team with the buyer and factories, follow up as per the TNAs.
? Monitoring the movement on Fit/ Lab test report/technical comments with the team.
? Discussion on Product packages in terms of execution.
? Coordination and implementation of right system aiming at achieving timely deliveries and quality merchandise.
? System development for aggressive and accurate pricing.
? Facilitation to the team and Manpower management.
