• Reviews documents, materials, products, and work processes, in order to maintain completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications. • Reviews production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements and material priorities. • Communicates with department Supervisors and other departments' personnel to evaluate progress and discuss needed changes with Production Planners, creating work orders, work order splits and chain loading to assure there is no down time on machinery within the factory. • Assist with the revision of production schedules when required due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions. • Communicates with vendors and customers to in order to coordinate production and shipping activities. • Reviews and communicates the production schedules to Manufacturing Supervisors. • Compiles data and information in order to create various production and customer reports for review by Operations Management. • Utilizes MRP system to maintain shop floor reporting and accurate records. • Supports and maintains all company and departmental HSE policies, procedures, and practices • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

• Establish and manage relationships with 3rd party Logistics Service Providers • Become Company's Subject Matter Expert in equipment program logistics, warehousing and order fulfillment processes • Implement and manage PO order tracking with all vendors and clients • Perform bi-monthly Inventory Balance reports, and monthly physical inventory counts for end-of-month inventory closeout • Warehousing and order fulfillment process management • Create initial equipment order invoices in Quickbooks for franchisees • Customize/modify invoices as needed - verify invoices for accuracy, submit invoices to Franchisees • Manage franchisee payment collections, required to meet monthly goals for collections based on established business • Coordinate equipment installation dates with franchisees & vendors, assuring vendors receive and confirm each installation order and is prepared with all information and details for a successful execution • Follow up post equipment installation to close out any outstanding issues

• Manage, coach and develop buyer/planners • Primary liaison between our biggest customer and internal production priorities. • Leads strategic development of supplier relationship management. • Implement processes for cost reduction and lead-time reduction within the supply chain. • Develop and maintain existing metrics associated with demand, service, and inventory management and order points. • Manage supply chain performance and report monthly performance results, identifying issues and recommending corrective action. • Operate in a continuous improvement mode focusing on quality, cost and delivery Computer Experience: Extensive experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and all Adobe suite programs.
