• In charge of the Quality Assurance Department: Quality chief, fabric inspection auditor, cutting auditor, sewing auditors, screens printing auditors, final auditors. • Create, update and audit the Quality Assurance Manual, certification of the auditors. • Training to the QA staff, supervisors and managers in Six Sigma Philosophy, and assign projects to improvement the Quality Assurance Indicators • Reduce the Quality defects using statistical tools like Histograms, Trends, Control Charts, Paretos charts to improvement the Quality Assurance indicators. Engineering Manager • In charge of the Engineering and Training Department: Training chief, Trainers.
