The Senior Logistics Analyst position requires operating at the strategic, operational and conceptual level while leveraging expertise in logistics and related military functions to provide perspectives and mentoring on existing and emerging issues, concepts, and technologies.

Responsible for developing and implementing problem resolution and mitigation strategies to resolve Issues and Risks that may impact project timelines and deliverables. Performs Issue and Risk management instruction and training. Coordinates with project leadership, with the customer, and with GHS Delivery in the formulation and implementation of project process improvements from the Agile Scrum level, through management and all governance levels. The Senior Program Manager monitors the effectiveness of Issues and Risk management and makes recommendations for improvements; follows up on Issues and Risks with the Owners to expedite their resolution; participates in meeting to facilitate Issue and Risk resolution and supports the Issues and Risks Manager in producing timely and accurate reports.

I was assigned as the Project Manager (PM) for the Baghdad Embassy Security Force (BESF) contract to support the US Embassy, Baghdad. I was responsible for and the focal point for all provided protective Guard Force security services, including; the Guard Force, Emergency Reaction Force (ERT), K -9s, Range Master/Firearms Instructors (RM/FI), Tactical Operations Center (TOC) and Administrative and Logistics support personnel. The Guard Force numbers 1600+ in personnel.

I was the Executive Vice-President of M2 Technologies, Inc. (M2), a company that specialized in developing innovative defense technologies that enhanced U.S. National Security by providing the military, law enforcement and first responders with improved technological capabilities. I managed the daily operations of M2 including offices in Lexington, KY, Manhattan, KS and Stafford, VA and ensured that M2 provided timely and accurate program management, logistic and contract support to our government contract sponsors. My duties also included business development and briefing the Executive Branch, DOD, Congressional officials and senior academic officials on capability needs to support technological solutions for operational requirements.
