Responsible for the research and design of a new petroleum engineering oil production technology. Performed business development, and wrote proposal and presentation which successfully won the contract. • Designed a downhole hydrogen & oxygen reactor that generates high pressure & temperature steam to recover oil from deep primary produced oil reservoirs • Performed heat transfer and structural finite element simulations of the hydrogen & oxygen reactor, and reacting flow computational fluid dynamics simulations of the combustion process • Configured a natural gas steam reforming hydrogen production system, pressure swing air separation oxygen production system, high pressure H2 & O2 compressors, and reverse osmosis water purification • Performed Schlumberger Petrel/Eclipse computer simulations of the steam flooding process in a deep oil reservoir, modeled the steam driven transport of oil and the rate of oil production at extraction wells
