I was asked to return to RH in a similar role and to lead change throughout our company’s warehousing and distribution network. Our CEO set off to dramatically re-architect our Supply-Chain, which included shrinking our DC footprint, changing reverse operations, and re-imagining our Home Delivery experience for our Customers. Responsible for the largest Insource Home Delivery Operation in the company. Lead 13 Regional Home Delivery Warehouse locations, while spearheading the following projects to improve overall operations:
• Developed and Managed over 150+ warehouse personnel to include 3PL partners
• Planned and executed changes in our returns flow saving $2M+ in handling and transportation costs
• Participated in the first RH Kaizen to improve processes and operations with our Chief Supply Chain Officer
• Led the move of the LA warehoure from the DC to it’s own building while moving warehouse management systems to our Final Mile system. Successfully moved 5k+ units in one day

Responsible for the development and execution of sourcing strategies to leverage relationships with business entities across the globe to achieve the best total value. Managed Direct and Indirect spend categories with an annual total spend of $208M. Reported to the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) helping build a global procurement team and leveraging global footprint. Identified savings with key global business unit owners to reduce complexity, minimize supplier risk, and increase margin to operating P&Ls. Collaborated with key business owners to identify consolidation opportunities and savings impacts for Alere. Worked directly with GBU President to deliver $10.3M savings from one of Alere’s top suppliers.

Led a national home delivery logistics operation providing approximately 762,000 orders (1.5M units) delivered annually. Directed both insource and 3rd party logistics (3PL) partners to provide a "Best of Class" home delivery service offering white glove furniture delivery to RH customers. Managed home delivery providers (3PLs) to exceed RH service requirements through KPI and scorecard management weekly. Created support strategies to account for changes in forecasts, promotional calendars, SOPs, and policies following market/product launches. Provided support to cross-functional teams/business units to include Marketing, Customer Service, Sourcing, QA, and Sales teams for tactical operations of warehousing and final mile logistics. Created dashboard views for senior executives and C-level leaders to monitor results of quarterly defined strategy. Responsible for supervising and retaining 20 General Managers & Operations Managers, 3 Support Managers within the RH supply chain network.

Managed multiple technical projects (programs) for military training systems using Cubic’s instrumented Multiple Integrated Laser Engagement Simulation (MILES) products. These systems provide near-real combat learning experiences through the execution and playback of force-on-force laser engagements. Responsible for the sourcing/award, management, performance, and completion of programs ranging from Company-level home station suites to full Battalion and Brigade sized elements ($100,000 to $45 million). Managed the P&Ls and monitored the Earned Value Management of all programs to keep projects within scope and profitable.
