• Credit Card Acquisition Risk Model Validation. • Responsible for validating the model developed to predict the bad customers during acquisition for a leading US bank Retail credit cards.

• Risk Model - Developed a predictive model using Logistic Regression to determine the probability that a customer will cancel a product using SAS Programming. • Win-back Project - Tracked the cancellations of product licenses and categorized them according to the reasons of cancellation to determine whether a cancellation is a good candidate for Win-back or not. • Media Transmission analysis - Analyzed Queue time for different video stories arriving from all over the world using Queuing theory and formulated a mathematical model to test the assumptions about the arrival time and service time.
