Archive and update historical records of the 23 varsity sports teams, this includes team history, individual records, team records, all-time rosters and all-time honors. Update and maintain social media content, edit game highlights and post-game interview videos. Write game recaps, press releases, design game programs and student-athlete profiles.

Effectively manage patrons and provide customer service in the recreation facilities, which are open to 40,000+ students, faculty and alumni. Communicate efficiently the rules and regulations of the facility, manage and lead student staff, oversee daily access, operations, and events. Resolve patron conflicts as well as provided accurate and detailed reports on incidents or injuries that occur within the facility. Perform opening and closing duties to prepare the facility. Handle daily transaction, court conversions, facility issues and perform proper emergency procedures.

Assist with set-up, break-down and promotions for Eagles Pregame Live held at Xfinity Live. Write 15 second spots previewing all Flyers and Sixers games broadcasted on the TV network, update network TV schedule and track social media contests. Participate in the management of promotional events such as, 2014 Meet The Flyers. Provide proof of sponsorship to Ad Sales Department, assist Creative Services in creating marketing materials.

Design marketing and promotional tools for events, gather participant feedback, increase brand awareness. Inform and promote via social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google+). Coordinate sponsorship and business partners for the Rock N’ Roll Half Marathon. Developed and implemented a yearlong marketing and public relations plan. Update and write news stories on website, promoting events, interviewing board members or summarizing experiences.

Assist with on-ice intermission programs such as Mites-on-Ice and Fan Shoot-outs. Handle and archive charitable donation requests. Manage the Community Relations mail and e-mail. Coordinate and organize Flyers School Assembly Program and Flyers Face-Off for Fitness Program. Participate in the organization of the Junior Flyers Club. Maintain social media (Twitter/Instagram). Update autographed memorabilia inventory. Assist with the Flyers Community Teammates Program.
