Fabrication includes: Boating rails, handles, mounting plates, tabs, boat fixtures, stair case stringers, cable posts, hand rails, glass display cases, door frames, gas tanks, battery boxes, drilling/tapping, and any customer repair projects. Machine use includes: bandsaw, tube roller, tube bender, tube notcher, mill, lathe, shear, hole punch, nibbler, large belt sander, welder(MIG/TIG), plasma cutter, and oxy/acetylene torch. Very Knowledgeable with a grinder. All welds and joints are sanded flat and smooth. Boating welds continue the grinding process but are polished to a mirror finish. Special attention to joints being square after the heat caused by sanding and polishing.
