Shea Stoneman: Brand Service Representative in Hermosa Beach, CA

I work closely with retailers that carry the Girl Skateboarding brand on a regular basis. Initially I was hired as a customer service representative but through my continued hard work for the company and drive for success I was promoted to Brand Service manager. Here I adopted new roles such as the oversight and guidance of other coworkers, development of lasting relationships with consumers, maintaining and accomplishing objectives and team goals. I also made the Girl Skateboards amateur street skate team where I represented the brand through skate videos and day-to-day exposure

While working at Double RL I was requested by exclusive clientele to supply them with their needs from our company. Based on that was promoted to Private Client Services Representative where I focused on our consistent and individual clients with their consumer needs. Brand Services Representative I worked with Entertainment Industry and also ran day-to-day Operations/Second in Command. 10/20 Rookie of the month 11/20 Top Producer of the month 12/20 Promoted

I assisted in training staff-Servers Bussers and Bartenders. Waited on costumers while assisting in making sure all services ran smoothly.

I was right hand to Manager and assisted him with all task and anything needed. I was responsible for ordering and ensuring they had what was needed for week as well as verifying all employees maintained good customer service.

I was employee of the month several times throughout my employment there. I went from Stock Room to Register and to assist manager for most of my 2 years there. Adopted a higher role as assistant manager in charge of making sure we had all of our stock orders weekly and customer needs were met.
