Responsible for all production fit, and lead for live fittings (Import & Domestic). 1st Fit-thru-Production Patterns for domestic styles. Created tech-packs for Import development, and communicated style/fit corrections with Import Partners, samples thru production.

Strengthened design team through market research, sourcing materials, and creating presentation sketches/cads for client and internal review meetings. Created/or facilitated artwork cads for prints and embellishments, for development and production. Responsible for building tech-packs including: creating specs and compiling all details needed to sample new development. Coordinated communications with Client & Hong Kong office partners, to insure timely execution of direct-pass development for seasonal meetings; suggesting solutions to resolve problems, or to improve on sample lead time. Oversaw embroidery and denim wash library development; handling communications with overseas factories. Maintained digital library of development and production styles: tech-packs, sourcing and visual photos. Implemented tracking charts for WIP for internal review meetings, and to facilitate workflow.

Responsible for tech-packs and fit of all sampling (1st Fit-thru-Production Approvals & TOP-samples); also handled all sampling requests and fit communications with vendors (Import & Domestic). Facilitated design development through market research, sketching new styles, and spec development. Created revised art options for print-development, and developed additional color-combos for prints & plaids. Prepared photo collage boards & books for Market Reviews, Seasonal Trends and Design Presentations. Managed office operations; assisted Design Director with inner-office communications and workflow.

Created detailed tech-packs for new development (Import); including spec, screen print and trim details. Coordinated all vendor communications regarding sample development (fit/styling corrections). Assisted with garment design, and screen-print development; also embellishment design & placements.
