•	Responsible for managing hardware and software validation projects across drivetrain (transmission and motors).
•	Identify avenue of performance/life improvements and present business case to stakeholders.
•	Design performance, endurance, HALT and thermal validation plans for lab and field.

• Conducted performance and thermal testing on Electric motors and generators for large mining trucks, wheel
loaders and track type tractors. Conduct electric validation and troubleshooting using bench test equipment.
• Responsibilities: Test planning, DUT inspection, DUT instrumentation, Data acquisition setup, test execution, root
cause analysis, data analysis, and report writing.
• Collaborated with product, design, manufacturing and software teams to develop state of the art products.
• Completed every project with a minimum 20% cost savings and 15% time savings.
