Perform recruiting functions coordinating and scheduling interviews, travel
arrangements, and distribution of meeting schedules
• Perform HR functions like screening, scheduling, Background Check Administration,
Immigration & Relocation, Employee Onboarding, Offers, Employee Referrals,
Employee Service Awards, Tuition Reimbursement, Performance Management,
Employee Terminations, Unemployment Compensation, and Verification of Employment
• Excellent accountability for timeliness and execution of projects that involve scheduled
and ad hoc reporting, time sensitive data, assessments, budget and expenses
• Fantastic skills negotiating vendor contracts, auditing data activity, and maintaining
company budgets & forecasts
• Takes initiative to analyze, assess, and intuitively create solutions to build quality team
service and customer satisfaction
• Experience tracking, analyzing and reporting employee support metrics and providing
appropriate recommendations for management/leadership
• Superior knowledge and experience presenting to and working with small and large
groups (from 5-1,000 attendees) using mixed media
• Extensive experience with event planning and food and beverage as a banquet manager

Identify key recruiting KPIs 
Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
Adhere to laws, rules and regulations 
Adhere to personal data privacy regulations
Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress
