• Member of the Maintenance and Operation Management (MOM) group dedicated to performing maintenance and assisting in operation of the Department of Water management's 12 pumping stations.
• Also part of a group currently conducting CFD and physical model studies related to sediment transport, pump stations hydraulics, water supply and treatment facilities.
• Calibration of all flowmeters, pressure transmitters, well transducers and their associated chart recorders and displays. When deemed necessary, the removal and replacement of instrumentation is done with the assistance of appropriate pumping personnel.
• Perform Boiler scale measurement and analysis to monitor scale buildup in the boilers used to generate steam to power 3 of the 12-pumping station, Conduct Vibration Analysis on the pumps, turbines and motors at the stations.
• In-charge of creating IEPA annual emissions reports, gathering the daily fuel logs from each location and computing the annual emissions using the IEPA emission factors.
• Procure and supply chemicals to the plants for performing various tests on water samples and assist in performing electrical insulation tests (Megger Test).

• Verified conformity of a variety ISO 9001 products produced through the processes such as CNC machining, 3D printing and injection molding. Performed metrological analysis through tools such as calipers, profilometers, gauges etc. to ensure the product dimensions adhered to GD&T specified on CAD drawings. Created Manufacturing, packaging and quality guidelines for the above-mentioned products and process.
• Conducted root-cause analysis on processes that generated defective parts in the X Dock, and recommended corrective actions to the process parameter, through implementation of 5S Principles. The engineering changes were documented in QMS.
• The increase in Yield rate due to project optimization from the process optimization resulted in an increase in customer product acceptance rate from 84% to 93%.

• Design and fabricated the outside casing of the SRF VISI cooler refrigerator using stainless steel sheet metal and the inside covering using polystyrene plastic. CATIA V5/V6 was used for the design process and fabrication was done using CNC machines.
Academic Projects
Ankle Foot Orthosis May 2020 - May 2021
• Created a simple, easily 3D printed AFO with the best composition and geometry to strength and comfort requirements for patients recovering form ankle injuries, surgeries and suffering medical defects such as foot drop and plantar fasciitis.
• Used a 3D scanner to collect a patient's ankle and foot measurement data, convert the obtained data into a 3D model for printing the AFO.
• In addition to 3D printing the AFO design, several types of 3D printing materials to determine optimal materials for 3D printed AFO's.
• The 3D scanning process was outsourced, Fusion 360 was used for the design process and ANSYS pre-composited was used for simulation, the 3D print material used was Thermoplastic polyeurathane filament (TPU) and the printing technique used was Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM).
