Fulfilled all aspects of IT infrastructure, operations, systems, desktop and end user support for the 250+ employees at the Arvada facility and the 70+ employees at the Englewood facility while also performing as a project manager for multiple global projects

managed six team members to support all information technology aspects of the company that utilizes a very wide variety of custom and off-the-shelf applications for gaming, hotel, point-of-sales, kiosks, restaurant, spa, business center, as well as, the standard desktop applications that support the business needs in a 7x24x365 environment. In this position my role is often very hands-on in which I cover shifts and not just mentor, but also act as a physical resource on many of the projects and opportunities that arise in this extremely diverse environment.
