Taylor Ferre`: Physical Therapy Aide in Huntington Beach, CA

As Physical Therapy Aide, I am in charge of greeting patients when they arrive to their appointments, collecting co-payments as well as scheduling them for upcoming appointments. Answering phone calls, receiving and distributing messages and mail to the appropriate recipients are apart of my daily activities as an Aide. As an Aide, I am responsible for setting patients up on necessary modalities such as ice, heat, E-stim, traction, ultrasound, etc. After a patient has been treated by the Physical Therapist, I am then responsible for supervising and cueing the patient as they perform their prescribed therapeutic exercises, and increasing their program intensity when necessary and directed but the therapist. I am also responsible for any housekeeping responsibilities such as cleaning and laundry.
