As the Market Sales Manager for the Tampa and Miami Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSA), I lead a tight team of 11 powersports sales professionals with one goal, growing the business. The MSA Markets are the newest sales structure at Tucker and we have embraced the team selling model fully proving time and time again we are the model market for the MSA program at Tucker. In my position, I mainly "direct traffic" for the team while their day to day process changes from transactional relationships to consultative. With the ability to use every member of the team as a resource we can now provide the most amount of support to dealers than ever before. It is now our plan to assist our dealers in getting them the right motorcycle/ATV parts, accessories, and apparel based on THEIR business plans. We now take pride in taking a deeper look into our partner's businesses and using the resources that Tucker gives us to ultimately increase sales for the dealer and ultimately Tucker. As the Market Sales Manager, I have the amazing opportunity to be a catalyst for change within Tucker. I have the chance to be a new liaison for the dealers, and reps, for making the right things happen at the right times for the right customers. What we're doing in this model has the power to change the way distributors do business in our industry. This is the best position I've had yet.

It's our responsibility to be a resource to the dealerships everywhere that carry Tucker's apparel brands. Our goal is to ensure that our dealers are getting the most information possible about our Helmet and Apparel brands while maintaining the easy to work with reputation Tucker is known for!
