Answer phone and field all phone calls for 600+ room hotel, regarding group room block inquiries, meeting space inquiries, or general questions/concerns about the hotel. Assist accounting department in settling all group accounts for citywide
contracts, as well as leisure/corporate group travel. Maintain group contract files - both paper and electronic copies.
Maintain client communication to ensure billing, payment, and travel details are set up accordingly for all incoming groups.
Process commission payments for multiple vendors, to submit to accounting department. Ensure all reports are updated
weekly and submitted to their corresponding departments for mandatory meetings prior to scheduled meeting time.
Maintain a highly organized work environment to ensure all operations within Sales department are in order.

Actively work to increase hotel group sales by prospecting for new business while maintaining strong relationships with top
clients to meet weekly and monthly goals. Filing and organizing paperwork regarding payment details and general requests for all contracted groups. Analyze and submit commentary on STAR report to corporate team weekly. Participate in weekly
revenue calls to update management and revenue team on running pace for hotel. Review final invoices and connect with
clients to ensure all payments are processed and received by the hotel. Actively listen and respond to clients throughout the coordination and duration of group stays to build and expand partnerships. Communicate and relay resumes to team so
that staff can prepare for group arrival and handle any special requests. Assist in all departments of the hotel to ensure
guests experience a positive and memorable stay.

Originally hired as a Front Desk Agent and promoted to F&B in January 2018. Directly oversee all restaurant staff, in charge of reviewing applications and scheduling interviews as well as assisting in on-boarding processes. Conducted month end
inventory, weekly ordering, coding invoices, inputting and approving employee schedules, reporting month-end stats to
AGM. Began at this property while it was still in the red and assisted in ensuring all operations were to audit standards.
Passed our most current audit at the end of June 2018.

Food and Beverage Supervisor

Greet and welcome up to 150+ guests daily. Run daily reports and submit them to the Rooms Division Manager. Have
knowledge of area and things to do as well as ways to effectively get to/from NYC. Assist guests in correcting any billing
errors, answer to any questions or concerns they may have. Communicate effectively within all departments of the hotel.
Gained knowledge of computer system OnQ. During this time I relocated to Denver for school, and would return during
school breaks to this location for work.

Front Desk Agent

Greet and assist up to 100,000 guests daily. Provide directions throughout park as well as recommendations for things to
do/see. Knowledge of ride operations and emergency procedures during ride failure. Assist guests with disabilities on and off attraction. Provide outstanding service to all guests to ensure that each had a magical experience.
