Culture is everything, and I want to be immersed in it. In my nearly 13 years of retail and customer service, I have met people from all walks of life. And it is through those interactions, that my passions are driven...I love to show people new things, from new sales techniques to new and emerging brands or fabrics...Seeing someone grow in front of you either as an employee, or new customer to regular shopper...That is where the reward is, that is the humbling experience and true payout... I've always done my best to LIVE the brands I've sold. Being authentic not only to myself, but the brand lifestyles as well. Sell what you love, and your job is never a burden. I'm high energy, and take pride in what I do. 

I pushed the company culture throughout my store, and identified the sales culture and trends locally. I grew a customer base, and trained my staff to sell skate and lifestyle apparel authentically, and within company guidelines. I managed my staff by working through my assistant managers, and broke down the sales cycle goals monthly.
