Supervised the Sample Collection and Logistics Manager, warehouse inventory manager, and a team of 8-10 technicians. Managed a fleet of 10 vehicles, implementing a rotation plan that minimized vehicle downtime and maximized return upon sale. Fostered relationships with top clients, achieving high level client retention rate through compliance adherence and tailored communication. Developed and implemented department wide SOP’s and training protocols minimizing potential liabilities.

Interviewed, hired, and trained 10+ technicians, many of whom have been elevated to different roles within the company. Coordinated logistics for thousands of statewide collection events, optimizing scheduling efficiencies, and dramatically reducing onboarding times for clients and new hires.
