Scheduling glove box dispensing operations for Final Drug Substances. Maintain inventory accuracy of solvents, reagents, starting media and all associated PPE, glassware and testing products as well as the reordering of said supplies. Maintinance of storage locations in 2°-8°, -20° walk-in, solvent yard, quarantine room and Pharmastore. Responsible for 4 reciveing operators, 3 critical dispensary assoicates (ISO-7 Cleanroom) and 3 non-critical starting material dispensing associates. GMP operations and compliance. SOP approvals and deviation documentation.

Responsible for maintaining inventory, monitoring inventory transactions and corrections. Verifying locations, product availability, identifying product for restock, and reporting KPIs such as inventory shrink, location cycle counting, errors and process driven productivity losses. Off site management and warehouse setup for manual picking operation and transportation including new employee training and location maintenance. Developed processes for new split case area with training and development; including location setup, system research and location tasking profiles in PKMs (WMS). Responsible for 10 associates (off site), 2 admin and 5-15 cycle counters. Coordinated end of year sample and reconciliation and full split case inventory.

Manage special pack building for in store displays. Assigned workload, coordinate labor and shipment scheduling. Project management, build to specifications, KPIs, Reporting, Inventory control, Work order processing, Planner coordination, Continuous improvement, Product picking, Allocation, Rework and Teardown. Responsible for 15-120 employees over 2 shifts based on business volume.

Responsible for 3 warehouses totaling approximately 400,000 square feet. Managing operations, receiving, cycle counting, shipping, and customer service; responsible for 4 leads, 50+ employees and 7 customer service representatives. 80+ accounts; Product ranging from dry grain and canned foods, chemical, home furnishings, hardware and consumer electronics. Monitoring of inventories. Cycle counting per customer contracts and limiting inventory liabilities.

Responsible for 150,000 square foot warehouse of various consumer electronic finished goods, data entry for receiving, cycle counts, strategic planning, warehouse profiling, pick audits, corrective action reports (CARs), process evaluation, returns, SOP writing and implementation, and transaction investigation.

Responsible for inventory of 9 accounts (22 total) 170,000 square foot warehouse, Inventory audits, IT liaison, UWS ERP system updates and reconciliation. Up to 40 direct reports in three departments (Customer Service, Warehouse, & Inventory Department). Direct customer relations. Action item resolutions, new customer setup (system, and warehouse profile) customer ERP systems reconciliation (Great Plains, SAP), space consolidation, P&L reports, continuous operational improvement, customized reporting cost analysis and billing function creation. 3rd party logistics: ISO 9000, pick and pack, storage, fright consolidation, cross-dock operation.
