Account Manager (WB Studio Desks) Acquisition*
Upon the WB to Deluxe Acquisition, I continued my role as an account manager for the Warner Bros Next Day team. Leading and assisting with the transition from Warner Bros (GDMX) to Deluxe for the WB VOD division. Transferring and disseminating our existing team into 4 separate workflows while still remaining active and delivering files on time to 3rd parties. While re-onboarding approximately 80 to 100 3rd party vendors, mapping out the workflow to acclimate with existing internal stakeholders within Deluxe. This project took several months to push over to the new workflow due to the tight same day turnaround times for delivery while moving to the Burbank office. In order to maintain a 24-hour service to our client, I was able to travel to our Bangalore India office twice in 2019 to train approximately 15+ work colleagues to coordinate and assist with this new faced paced delivery workflow. Also, upon my return to the U.S., to continue the rapport between facilities in the U.S. and India by conducting weekly work calls to maintain the established relationship.
