Signature Achievements:
Developed, coordinated, and managed a five office event (using email, social media, web-based intranet, and internal office advertisement) for a first time participation at Heal the Bay in Santa Monica, and succeeded in registering 1/8 of total participation (200+ participants) and collecting 1/6 of total trash. Reported by the Los Angeles Register as having the largest team and trash pickup for site.
In partnership with Sales/Operations, succeeded in re-branding image and turning around sales for the Western Region in first quarter of FY13 during the first six months as Regional Marketing Manager. Additionally, led the Marketing effort for the award of the largest commissioning (Cx) project in the nation ($1.5B World Trade Center Transportation Hub Cx Project); and the Harvard Undergraduate Housing Renewal Program, a $2M gross margin and strategic win for future work at other Ivy League schools.
