• Working closely with a team of coaches to organize and manage the Summit Tigers Football Team. • Content creator for team promotions, including Fall season, Summer/Spring trainings, and fundraiser events. • Responsible for developing the youth into talented football players on the field, but more importantly impact men off the field. • Enhanced leadership and development though facilitating practices and varying fundraising events.

• Manages all inventory backing four different properties by coordinating channels of distribution for time-share owners while being a primary source of contact for various internal company departments. • Advise owners about vacation ownership options, over the phone and via email, and act as a liaison to help maximize their ownership. • Provide clear, accurate, and thorough information regarding account finances, policies, and utilization. • Collaborates with supervisors in IT, Marketing, and Guest Services to analyze and interpret inventory reports with the objective of increasing occupancy numbers and guest satisfaction.

• Instructed 400+ students on the development of the foundational oral communication skills needed to be successful in today's dynamic business environment. • Responsible for the communication and event planning between fellow foreign staff and school administration. • Designed formal and informal assessments to track the progression of students.

• Organized and implemented game-day promotions for Des Moines' Semi-Professional soccer club. • Worked on a team of volunteers to maintain local business partnerships and obtain special promotions to offer during game-days. • Engaged with fans and community members alike to promote the club's organization and encourage the support of local businesses around the Des Moines area.
