•	Manage product calendar for all major apparel deadlines including range planning, product briefs, design and development reviews, sample ordering, and seasonal go to market handovers
•	Analyze performance metrics to create strategic line plan for women’s cotton commercial apparel product line including product, price, article count, target FOB, and volume targets 
•	Drive category profitability by tracking costs, margin, pricing, market forecasts, and in-seasonal sell out
•	Partner with design, development, and materials to maintain brand aesthetic and, meet margin goals, hit volume targets, and achieve quality standards 
•	Drive Global Reebok collaboration partnership briefs for men's and women's lifestyle apparel and manage collaboration product calendars 


•	Manage and support range planning process ensuring on-time delivery against creation calendar timeline and hitting business targets
•	Provide analytical input to product managers for range planning utilizing sales, forecast, and sell-through data, as well as consumer insights where available
•	Run market meetings in Global HQ to evolve seasonal line architecture based on volume forecasts and market needs
•	Create both quantitative and qualitative metrics for wholesale/franchise spaces to define brand standards, then analyze and share findings for Global implementation
•	Work cross-functionally with in-market omni-channel manager, visual merchandising, and sales teams to identify key business drivers, implement best practices, and monitor performance. Travel to market 2-4 times per year for on-site best-practice implementation, space management, and business updates
•	Drive product vision Globally though account and channel-specific apparel and footwear product assortments aligning with key brand stories and seasonal volume drivers

Global Product Merchandising Manager/ Market Management Retail 

•	Drive brand success through the implementation of wholesale strategies, creation of market tools, and productivity monitoring
•	Create and implement format for Global collection and reporting of wholesale net sales data. Analyze to react to sales numbers in a timely manner
•	Travel to markets 2-4x per year to support market teams through on-site store visits, deliver post-visit summaries, and conduct competitive shopping for product teams
•	Organize and conduct monthly market calls to discuss net sales results, market trends and opportunities, and global solutions

Associate Manager Global Retail Space Management (RSM) Wholesale	

•	Analyze current on order, product mix, inventory positions, net sales, and sell-through information to create weekly shipping strategies and specialty store bases 
•	Analyze historical sell-through, sales, and inventory information to drive future department/category sales and make demand plan changes accordingly
•	Partner with Buyers on adjustments to monthly buy volumes due to late shipments, canceled orders, and/or market availability 
•	Partner with Buyers on product development, special buys, and late adds
•	Accompany Buyers on trips to NYC and in-house vendor visits giving opinion on new buys and reorders
•	Competitively shop the market to identify key market trends and create new product ideas to present to buyers through trend boards at quarterly planning strategies
•	Conducted on-the-job training for new hires and interns
