Accountable for expanding the sales force for the Western Europe region (UK, ROI, Holland, Sweden, Norway and Finland) through an ambitious yearly compensation plan providing numerous sales incentives to the Oriflame brand partners selling Oriflame products. Worked cross-functionally to plan, arrange and deliver appealing sales incentive trips. Developed strong new KPIs reporting tool to better assess strategic decisions.
• Achieved first year’s sales target of over $1M of a 200+ SKUs ‘portfolio via Western Europe sales force and despite a new E-commerce strategy.
• Achieved sales force growth by 5% reaching a total of 33,000+ Oriflame partners in Western Europe by developing an annual compensation plan for the first time shared by the 6 countries, aligning the whole area to the same sales strategy.
• Created a new integrated KPIs dashboard by compiling useful data from several systems such as BI Analytics and SAP in order to facilitate strategic decisions. KPIs included country campaign sales, average sales order, recruitment rate, etc.
• Reported sales campaign results (17 campaigns per year) to Senior Management via several presentations and integrated KPIs dashboard showing end of the period results.
• Delivered 2 incentive trips to Sweden and to Greece for our best sellers (30 participants per trip).
