Connolly Co. emerged this past year as a solution to eradicate inefficiencies in the B2B strategic planning process. I am primarily focusing on start-ups where hemorrhaging time can produce a significant deficit, critical to a company’s capacity not just to thrive but to survive. It is in these foundational and transitional moments where my expertise brings the most value.
As a consultant, I have provided my clients with a strategic framework to drive greater efficiency toward accomplishing their final objective. I’ve spent the last decade developing end-consumer products with some of the best brands in the world and becoming immersed in all dynamics of a B2B business. Many of those innovative products were: first-to-market, at higher price points, had less expensive proven alternatives and required complete buy-in through the brands' decision-makers; C-Suite down.
In my early years at Boa Technology, I was fortunate to connect and get inspired by visionary thought leaders, through strategic brand partnerships which, ultimately resulted in launching innovative products to the end market. Even still, often it was a leap of faith to get new products launched. In recent years it became much more strategic with research-validated case studies, category-specific solutions and always with a focus on the end-user. My teams would present our technology to the critical stakeholders at the brand and beyond that were required to bring these products to market successfully.
The question WHY is a constant in business. Honing the message of relevancy and need is fundamental. All of this experience shaped my perspective allowing me to provide a thorough assessment of my client's businesses as well as guiding them through the art of an effective go-to-market launch.
